Catering FAQs

  • Heat trays of food in oven with lids on until the internal temperature has reached 165F.

    Suggested Heating Times:

    Pasta ~375F for 1 hour
    Meat ~ 375F for 1 hour
    Eggplant~ 375F for 1 hour
    Vegetables~ 375F for 45 mins
    Seafood~ 375F for 20-25 mins

  • Instructions for using chaffing dishes

    1. Place the water pan into the wire rack

    2. Fill the water pan with 1" of hot water and light sternos

    3. Place trays of food directly into the water pan, leaving the lid in place until ready to serve.

  • We generally can accommodate catering with 24 hrs. notice for antipasti, sandwich , salads, and dessert platters. All other menu items require at least 48 hrs. notice.

    Please keep in mind this can change at our discretion, and this does not apply to holiday orders.
